This is made of premium cardstock paper. Cut with a cutting machine and pictures are printed on a photo paper to achieve a high quality image.
This cupcake topper consist of a design based on the theme with name or age. Size is 2-3" wide depending on the image of design. Topper is attached to a lollipop or wooded stick, whichever is available and or suited for the theme.
Each pack contains 12 pcs of cupcake toppers.
